In 2014, Mike and La-Tisha Pirtle founded MVGeneral Construction Services with a clear purpose: build a construction firm that looks like the communities it serves and delivers results that speak for themselves. From day one, that meant hiring locally, partnering with diverse suppliers, and holding every project to the same standard, whether it's a $50K renovation or a multi-million-dollar institutional build.
Today we bring the owner's perspective of a trusted advocate and the contractor's expertise of a skilled builder to every engagement across Indiana. Our certifications reflect who we are, not a marketing strategy. We've built our reputation on producing exemplary results that exceed expectations.

Mike Pirtle
CEO & Co-Founder
Mike brings strategic vision and operational expertise to every engagement, ensuring projects are delivered with the highest standards of safety, integrity, and professionalism. Prior to starting MVG, Mike served in Germany as a satellite communications technician in the United States Air Force. His brand-focused approach and global perspective make him a trusted voice in the business community.
La-Tisha Pirtle
President & Co-Founder
La-Tisha manages the day-to-day operations of the firm. An Indianapolis native and Indiana University graduate, she brings deep relationships across the Indiana construction community and over a decade of experience in construction management and diverse procurement consulting. Her leadership at the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and WBE/OMWBE certifications reflect a career built on integrity and impact.
